1. The 7-day window

If it doesn't vibe, send it back within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on. Hygiene-sensitive items (socks, scrunchies, jewellery, charms) are returnable only if unopened.

2. Exchanges

Wrong size? Free size exchange, one per item, subject to stock. Start from Track order or email us with your order id.

3. Refunds

Prepaid orders: refund to source in 3–5 working days after pickup QC. COD orders: refund via UPI to the number used at checkout (we'll confirm details). The ₹49 COD handling fee and any return shipping for change-of-mind returns are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or wrong item

Our miss, our fix: photo + order id within 48h of delivery → free replacement or full refund including all fees.

5. Bundles

The 3 @ ₹499 bundle returns as a set, or per item at its proportional bundle price. Exchanging one bundle item for another eligible item is free.
