1. Order cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched — typically within 24 hours of placing it. Email hello@shor.pro or use Track order with your order id. Once cancelled before dispatch, you get a full refund (including any COD handling and shipping) to the original payment method. After dispatch an order can no longer be cancelled — refuse delivery or use the 7-day return below.

2. Return eligibility — the 7-day window

If it doesn’t vibe, return it within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Hygiene-sensitive items (socks, innerwear, scrunchies & hair accessories, jewellery, charms) are returnable only if the seal/pack is unopened. Final-sale/clearance items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or wrong.

3. Exchanges

Wrong size? Free size exchange, one per item, subject to stock. Start from Track order or email us with your order id.

4. Refund eligibility & how refunds are issued

Once your return is received and passes quality check (unworn, tags intact), the refund is approved and issued to the original payment method. Change-of-mind return shipping and the ₹50 COD handling fee are non-refundable; for our error (damaged/wrong item) everything is refunded in full.

5. Refund timelines

Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of the returned item passing QC, then reach you:

• UPI: 1–3 business days
• Card / Netbanking: 5–7 business days (depends on your bank)
• Cash on Delivery: refunded via UPI/bank transfer to the account you confirm, in 3–5 business days

6. Damaged or wrong item

Our miss, our fix: send a photo + order id within 48 hours of delivery to hello@shor.pro → free replacement or full refund including all fees.

7. Bundles

The 3 @ ₹500 bundle returns as a set, or per item at its proportional bundle price. Exchanging one bundle item for another eligible item is free.
