1. Shipping charges

Free shipping on orders over ₹800. Below that, a flat ₹80. Cash on Delivery adds a ₹50 handling fee — always shown in checkout before you pay anything. Charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). You get a confirmation with tracking once the courier picks up your parcel.

3. Delivery timelines

Delivery time after dispatch, by destination:

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 / 3 towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote / rural pincodes: 7–12 business days

4. Tracking

Tracking lands on WhatsApp/SMS/email once the courier scans your parcel. You can also use Track order with your SHOR order id anytime.

5. Address changes & failed deliveries

Caught a typo? Email within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll fix the address before dispatch. Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times and call the +91 number on the order. Unclaimed COD parcels return to us; repeated refusals may pause COD for that address.
