1. Costs

Free shipping on orders over ₹799. Below that, a flat ₹79. Cash on Delivery adds a ₹49 handling fee — always shown in checkout before you pay anything.

2. Timelines

Orders ship within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). Delivery in 3–5 days across 28 states; remote pincodes can take 5–7. Check serviceability with the pincode box on any product page.

3. Tracking

Tracking lands on WhatsApp/SMS/email once the courier scans your parcel. You can also use Track order with your SHOR order id anytime.

4. Address changes

Caught a typo? Email within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix the address before dispatch. After dispatch, the courier's redirect rules apply.

5. Failed deliveries

Couriers attempt delivery 3 times and call the +91 number on the order. Unclaimed COD parcels return to us; repeated refusals may pause COD for that address.
