1. Who we are

SHOR (“we”, “us”) operates this store from Delhi, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all taxes. The struck MRP is the maximum retail price printed on or notified for the product; our selling price is shown alongside. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email/SMS. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues — anything you paid is refunded in full.

3. COD & payments

Cash on Delivery carries a ₹49 handling fee, always shown before you place the order. Prepaid options include UPI and cards. COD orders that are refused repeatedly may lose COD eligibility.

4. Shipping & delivery

Free shipping over ₹799, flat ₹79 below. Delivery in 3–5 days across serviceable pincodes. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Accounts

Sign-in uses one-time email codes. You're responsible for keeping access to your inbox. We may suspend accounts that abuse promotions or the bundle pricing.

6. Content & IP

SHOR, शोर, the sound-ring O and all designs on this site are our property. Don't reprint our graphics on your own merch — make your own noise.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
